Lone Star Region Membership
Before participating in any club volleyball activities, all players must have a valid USA Volleyball membership through the Lone Star Region (LSR). This ensures every athlete is covered by insurance and eligible to compete in sanctioned events.
How to Register for LSR Membership:
Click "LSR Registration" button or Visit: https://www.lsvolleyball.org
Click on the “Register Now"
Select “Junior Player”
Follow the prompts to create or log into your SportsEngine account
Select Dynasty Volleyball Club as your affiliated club (or leave blank if registering before selection)
Complete payment and save your confirmation email
Submit Proof of Membership
Please email a copy or screenshot of your membership card to: DVCadmin@dynastyvolleyballclub.net
Tournaments

All official tournament schedules, results, and event details can be found on Advanced Event Systems (AES) — the platform used for managing club volleyball events.
Parents and players can use AES to view:
• Tournament locations and schedules
• Team pool play and bracket information
• Live scores and results
Once on the site, search for Dynasty Volleyball Club under the event listings to find your team’s tournament details.

Commitments

Practices: 2-3 nights per week (usually evenings)
Tournaments: 1-3 weekends a month (depending on Age level)
Season Length: October-April (varies per coach/team)
Transportation & Travel

Most Tournaments are within driving distance.
Some may require overnight stays (hotel/stay info will be sent in advance).
Families are responsible for player transportation unless otherwise arranged.
